Through the years I have seen many people who use Microsoft Project (aka project management software) and claim they are project managers, I have also seen PMP certified people who don’t know the basics of Microsoft Project, and sadly I have seen project managers who are managing projects and don’t know the theory nor the software!

Motivation is an art not a science! I have just watched a video about motivation that is based on a speech by Dan Pink author of Drive: The Surprising Truth About What Motivates Us book. Dan believes that motivation can be achieved through three ways: Autonomy, Mastery, and Purpose. he bases his conclusions on many researches conducted by top universities

It’s not about the colour of your leadership style, it’s about what you can do for your people in order to make them feel valued and energize them every time they need to, RED Leadership is a style I have coined that’s cantered around three pillars: Respect, Empathize, and Develop. Many leaders use different techniques to get results through people, however a true leader has to learn how to respect people and treat them as human begins rather than robots!
